FEMA Flood Zone Exemption<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This section contains the documents provided by FEMA establishing that the Huntington Marina complex is located in its entirety in an “X500” Flood Zone and therefore flood insurance cannot be required\u00a0for properties located in our complex<\/strong> by lenders or other financial entities, whether for new purchase or re-financing situations.<\/p>\n

FEMA has amended an error in its previous classification upon request from HMA homeowners via a LOMA determination (Letter Of Map Amendment).
\nConsequently, the HMA complex cannot be defined as being part of an SFHA (Special Flood Hazard Area).<\/p>\n
