But we get tenement-style maintenance! We have a team of 3 full-time skilled workers, why are they not used to address these issues? Oh, but we have great flowers, now, don’t we? Maybe we should grow ivy to cover up our unsightly walls and roofs and mask our failing structures!

It took *3 days* to fix, after almost *a year*! Can you spell “too little, too late”?
This is absolutely revolting, is this what we should be getting for almost $400 in monthly dues?
I hope there will be new candidates for the Board of Directors this year, because we need a full replacement of the “do-nothing” clique that calls themselves a Board of Directors.
Please fellow neighbors, don’t let your investment and property value be compromised by a cheap, short-term, lousy maintenance policy, and the “couldn’t care less” attitude from which it derives.
